I know those words sound weird together, but Stacy is definitely making me live up to my 110% commitment ... And that's fine with me!!! I may bitch, moan and complain during these workouts but they are awesome!! I feel so accomplished when I get through these tough ones!! And when Stacy tells me "good job!! You really pushed yourself" at the end, and when I see her smiling with that "proud parent" look during the workout, it makes me push that much more.
Tonights workout was:
100 jumping jacks
5 reps of 20 jumping toe to bench (each set in a minute)!
5 reps of 40 jumping toe to bench (each set in a minute)
Quick feet/sprints/shuffle
21 reps/15 reps/9 reps :
One leg up/stretch with weight ball (each leg)
Squat and throw ball to Stacy
1 minute each boxing set:
Cross jabs
Jab jab cross
Jab jab squat
Side kicks
Side kicks
Jab jab
One leg side kicks
Undercuts
Cross jabs
Knee to pads
Undercuts
Cross jabs
Needless to say I am already sore!!!! But it's all worth it when I get the "double high five" at the end!!!!
