How do I solve my problem?
For the past few week me and a co-worker of mine, Peter have been going running around Corona as soon as the last bell rings. Yesterday we ran 3 miles which felt great! The truth is there is always a time to workout. A time that you would usually spend browsing the internet, laying in bed, or eating can be used for some type of activity. Surprisingly, working out is almost more important than the list of things I just mentioned. We need to remember every extra movement counts towards your health, so make it effective! Ok, well I guess I need to remember that!
