With too much going on in my mind...I lost the motivation to write yesterday. Sometimes it seems like you have so much to say but it ends up being too much so you just hold it all in instead. I feel I learned a lot yesterday about people, about myself and about this recovery...by for once taking a step back and actually observing what is going on, rather than trying to always be an active participant.
Aside from that, I feel like I am finally on the real road to recovery. Yesterday I walked twice down my block with my crutches, stayed out of bed for the entire day and was able to sit in a chair without being uncomfortable. I got my nails done yesterday which was not the most comfortable place to be, but I was able to put my leg up and get my nails done which felt good.
My brother told me to watch this video which made me laugh...super funny...want to laugh? Take a look...

I didn't go out last night, instead I watched the finals and meditated until it put me to sleep. If you're interested--
Now let me talk about today...it is only 12:30pm...I woke up at about 10, got dressed, straightened my hair (good feeling to feel good), I went for a walk with Beanz WITHOUT MY CRUTCHES, farther than I've walked the past few days! Then I brought Beanz back in the house and drove my car around a few blocks just to see if I was able to do it...AND I CAN! Definitely a day filled with success and I needed it.
Well for once I can actually say now I feel like I am on the road to success...and oh does it feel good!!
