Monday Monday Monday
Working today was annoying after a nice Sunday of relaxing. I started my morning with a usual juice, Kale, spinach, blueberries & strawberries. Around 11am I was hungry so had an orange. That held me over till about 1:30pm and I had an almond butter & natural jelly sandwich on fresh wheat bread from a bakery. That is my go to meal because it tastes delicious. Around 345 I had an apple, and for dinner I had a kale and strawberry juice because I wasn't really hungry. I didn't work out today, but back to kicking ass the rest of this week.
