So half way there, and I am realizing that I really nee to stay focused better. The life style that I am used to as well as the diet and less active lifestyle is something I have been comfortable with for years . Now it is time to really get focused and start clean eating and getting my ass kicked during workouts. Staying comfortable isn't an option.
Today as my work out I could only run a mile on the elliptical. My breathing still wasn't right from being sick, and I guess i feel lazy again.
