Todays work out:
5 minute burpees
4 minute rest
4 minute jumping jacks
3 minute rest
3 minute high knees
2 minute rest
2 minute push-ups
1 minute rest
1 minutes sit ups

todays work out was most certainly a challenge for me all around, the work minutes seemed to be never ending, and the breaks didn't seem long enough. all in all though, I pushed my hardest and tried to keep up momentum throughout the whole work out. the burpees and pushups are definitely the areas I struggles in the most, I am not sure if I will ever be good at pushups.
