so today was meal prep day, I am determined to be as strict as possible for the rest of our challenge and knew that food is one of my biggest down falls. I have no problem making sure to work out 5 days a week, but when it comes to eating, I know that I am easily side tracked. So this week on the menu for breakfast I have boiled egg whites, and cut up fruit. For lunch I made grilled pesto chicken with broccoli some days, and other will be grilled chicken salads. for dinner I made turkey burgers (no bun) with broccoli some days, zucchini others and sweet potatoes. My snacks I also have covers, carrots and hummus and all natural peanut butter for those times that I am craving a reese peanut butter cup hahaha.
